Objectifs pédagogiques

In all organization positions, ones may have to manage a project. A project must be decided, prepared, planed, done, checked and closed. In one word it has to be controlled.
This course provides managers practical knowledge to allow them to plan projects and to control project execution. It provides also a learning experience in order to make students accept and retain the principal ideas and the philosophy behind.
It is also an illustration of the project in its internal environment, describing the Project Management Life Cycle in terms of human resources management and process’s organization.

Compétences visées

Project management is aimed at finishing the project. This course is a unique experience to integrate cost, time, quality, but also organisational, human and environmental dimensions.
Project planning is aimed at managing the project. This course provides key practical knowledge for managers to help them to review project plans and project execution reports.
